Concrete Repair in Austin, TX

Not every damaged slab needs replacing. Cracks, spalling and settled sections can often be repaired for a fraction of a full tear-out — as long as what caused the damage is addressed too.

Send us a description over the phone and we will tell you whether it sounds like a repair or a re-pour.

What the work involves

Concrete Repair done properly

Crack repair

Cracks are cut, cleaned and filled so water stops working its way into the slab and under the base.

Resurfacing

Where the surface is worn or spalled but the slab underneath is sound, an overlay restores a clean, even top.

Leveling and settled sections

Sections that have dropped create trip hazards and drainage problems. Depending on the cause, they get leveled or cut out and re-poured.

Partial replacement

Replacing a bay or a panel at the joint lines is often cleaner and cheaper than tearing out an entire driveway.

Service FAQs

Concrete Repair questions

Should I repair or replace my concrete?
It depends on whether the slab is structurally sound. Surface damage is usually repairable; a slab that has broken up or moved is generally better replaced.
Will a repair be invisible?
No honest contractor will promise that. Repairs restore function and tidy the surface, but color and texture rarely match aged concrete exactly.
Why does my slab keep cracking?
Usually the base, the drainage or the joint spacing. Fixing the surface without addressing the cause just buys time, so we look for the cause first.
